Step 1| Prepare a 25 ml espresso (8 to 10 g of coffee)
Suggestions: Black Colombian, Krakatoa, Mokalà or Kaf-Mambo
Step 2 | Froth 200 ml of milk.
Step 3 | Add 2 tbsp. tablespoon melted chocolate in a tall glass.
Step 4 | Add the milk froth to the tall glass.
Step 5 | Pour the coffee on top, stir lightly and serve!
